He talked about things like how he is fully supportive of full legalization, but how it could still go either way. "Prohibition has never stopped anyone from smoking marijuana. It's time we end this failed policy of prohibition," he told the crowd at lunchtime Saturday. "Now is the time to double and triple our efforts on the advocacy front."
